Customize wordpress plugin MyCred

Hello. I use a plugin in Wordpress called myCred. With the plugin, admin can award points from backend. I need this to be customized as follows: 1. Points awarded by User role Member Business: With shortcode, i must be able to insert it on any page i want. The code must have some fields, for the member to choose or complete. Of course it has to follow the style of my theme – First field, must load all custom post types title the member has, and he must choose one. – Second field must be completed by the member with a number – Third field, the member must complete a value with 2 decimals, After submitting, the member who gave, the member who got the points and the admin, must receive email notification. First field will be used as reference (What the person sees for why he took the points) Second field is the member id to give points to Third field is actually the points to award According to a package that the member awarding the points is currenty on, the points will be multiplied by custom number before awarded. For example if the member is on package 2, and he enters the number 4,5 the user must get 4,5 * 2 points awarded 2. As now members can see their history of the points awarded to them, i need the members that have the ability to award points, to have something similar. To show alike, the points they awarded with date, reference and to whom or member’s id, again with shortcode, and with the same columns as the points won history. 3. I need a page in backend, where i can filter each member and see all the points that awarded, to whom, and also the total amount of points that awarded for specific dates. So it must contain all logs, and they must be filtered with dates, members awarded, members gained, etc 4. I need a minor css styling in history points in frontend The difference between members that can award or check awarder points will be made by user roles Please respond only if you are familiar, and start your answer with MyCred, in order to unsterstand that you have read my needs.
