We currently have a site that is running without any issues or bugs. It is in PHP4 version. We need someone to help us in upgrading the site to latest version of php. Some files are encrypted, but most are not. So, someone who can Decrypt the encrypted files, update the files to latest Php version and make sure the site is back up and running would the purpose of this project. Please send the cost and timeframe for doing this.

I have been a web developer for nearly 11 years, and I coded in php4 many years before. Ioncube isn't particularly secure way of obfuscating the source of your files and it should be a doddle reverse engineering the files and bringing it up too PHP4->PHP5.6 standards
