Design and Write an iPhone app with goal to Increase Authentic Connections Among People

I have an idea to create an app that will help increase authentic connections among people. I don't want to charge for the app, but if it takes off, I hope that I can find a way to non intrusively advertise. I'm hashing out the details and will try to have a basic design soon, but would prefer someone with UX design experience to provide feedback. My background is in Marketing, Strategy, and Project Delivery. I have delivering enterprise technology internally to the company I work for which is a Fortune 100 company; however, I don't have the technical skills to build an app. Considering this request is to design and build an application, I realize the pay is not high enough, but I hope I can share my concept with someone who also believes the world is starving for real conversations, genuine moments, and overall authentic connection. I believe I have an idea to get that going and I need your help. Again, if I'm able to have this built, I will not charge for the download or usage, so please consider!
