Develop Nice WordPress Template From Designs

Hi -

I'm looking for someone to develop a website on WordPress that I've designed. I usually develop these websites, but I'm looking for someone to start helping me with this in the future, specifically this website below.

There will be 25 pages created with about half of the designs being similar, but with different content created within those designs.

I have all of the instructions ready. I've marked up each page design in a PDF with comments and instructions. Including a sitemap, video overview, plugins needed and also the original Illustrator document containing all of the page designs. Again, I'm also a developer so the designs will be straight-forward and I'll also be able to suggest ideas and brainstorm with you if needed.

Requirements of the Project:

1) The website will be built on WordPress using a Starter Theme I developed which is based on Joints WP, which is based on Foundation 6. It's basically Joints WP with a few minor additions.

2) You must use SASS and compile with [login to view URL]

3) You must have experience and have used Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) a lot. You will build the backend with ACF making it easy to manage the website content/images, etc.

4) You must use Custom Post Type UI because there will be a variety of Custom Post Types being created which you will need to integrate with ACF on various pages.

5) There will be 3 forms, which will need to be built with Contact Form 7 with their appearances customized.

6) The deadline for development will be one week and then pushed to the staging server. Myself and the client will review/test the website and will expect any changes to be made within one week.

7) There will be a limited amount of slicing (possibly 5 images), everything else will need to be created in CSS. I'd prefer everything to be 100% CSS, so I'm open to any CSS solutions for the possible small amount of sliced images.

8) You must follow HTML5 standards

9) The website will be responsive and must work in the majority of devices.

10) The website needs to load quickly as well. Using a limited amount of plugins and including a limited amount of JavaScript files should be a priority. It doesn't need to be 100% on Google's PageSpeed Insights, but it needs to be at 90% or close to it on both mobile and desktop.

11) You must have a great understanding (medium to advanced) of PHP, JavaScript / jQuery.

12) You should also be honest, up-front, and have integrity. You stand behind your work and you get things done correctly without taking shortcuts.

13) You also need to be fluent in English since that's how we will communicate.

In a nutshell: This is a nicely designed website and it needs a good developer who pays attention to details and really makes it shine.
