You have to develop full system including website.
All functions and modules should be customizable.
Previous Experience is a must.
I will provide some examples of systems i like that are already available, i won´t give detailed function list.
System should be 100% customizable.
All source code is propietary for us after completion.
System will have to be able to connect to other systems thru API, like Quickbooks and online payment prorcessors and US Banks.
Security is a must.
The source code must be 100% commented in English.
The company will have 100% communication with freelancer via email, chat and phone.
100% modular design. All modules should work stand alone or together.
Design manuals are needed.
User manuals in perfect english.
All the system needs to be responsive.
