Developer required for offsite l-o-n-g t-e-r-m

The position we are looking to fill is for a web developer. I work with Realtors across the United States. You will be building websites for them and and doing new development to continue building our overall web product. Below is a list of requirements. Salary is negotiable depending on your qualifications.

Must Haves

Must be able to work 8am to 5pm PST.

HTML / CSS 3.0 ( with understanding of responsive design )

Wordpress

Building and modifying Wordpress Themes

Installing Wordpress

Modifying and authoring of plugins

Posting / modifying articles

PHP – LAMP, OOP Javascript Jquery AJAX

Experience using Cpanel and WHM and FTP

Excellent understanding of English language

Self motivated to work on your own

Nice To Haves

Experience using Sugar CRM

"Experience editing admin and plugin/hook development would be excellent"

Experience with Real Estate MLS / IDX systems

Personable Skills ( you will need to do occasional tech support )

An eye for graphic design

Command Line LINUX ( SSH )

Experience using GIT
