Directions to create and configure win 2012 server instance on aws with openbluedragon and wamp running together

I want amazon web services virtual windows server 2012 running apache tomcat with open blue dragon and wamp easy to follow directions step by step starting from login to my amazon web services new server instance for windows 2012 server. I should have one folder for .cfm and .php files that will run at the public ip when complete and be able to use the wamp tools on the server. I want STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS that I can follow and YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING ACCESS TO THE SERVER. I will have to follow your directions only and be able to ask questions of you.
