Disk Usage Notifications

I am currently offering clients unlimited disk space and bandwidth through reseller hosting. However, unfortunately no disk is truly unlimited and monitoring usage is manual process due to not having root access to the server. Currently WHMCS will pull a usage report for all users on the servers; however, it will not send any notifications.

I need software that will use the stats and send an email notification to Admin so that users Quotas can be adjusted when they hit 90% usage of either Disk Space or Bandwidth. This should run with WHMCS CRON if possible.

I will also like a Quote for having this automated in WHMCS. So that when the 90% mark is reached the Admin gets a notification and then WHMCS will automatically increase the users diskspace by 10% if the space is available on the server. Then a success or fail notification is sent to the admin.
