I need a website built to service as a Portal to my sales reps. I'll try and lay it out as simply as I can.
Super Admin Area = -Tracks all orders that come in from sales Reps
-Allows you to create a Sales Rep account.
-Tracks Sales Reps. Tracks all accounts under sales Reps, Tracks order as
they come in where we would either fullfill there PO order or Charge there
C/C and then fufill order. (If Credit Card we would just protect this number
against a password within the master account)
-The Super Admin really just is One big Tracking location of whats
underneath it / then we take charge on what we do next like paying the
sales rep / fullfilling Business to Buness orders
-Not looking for anything fancy just straight forward information.
Sales Rep Account (which is below the super admin and is created by the Super admin)
-Eaxmple: I decide to hire on a New sales rep, I use the super admin to put in
all the information of this New sales rep. Name, Number, Address, etc.
Super Admin
allow me to Set up a new sales rep. Say we have 13 Products From the
super admin when setting up the Sales Rep account and I decide im going
to allow this sales rep total of 5 products we sell and I will set I the lowest
price he can sell the Products for.
-This Sales rep account is for the sales rep to make the sale. What ever
products we have added into the Sales rep accounts allows the sales rep to
show the Products at MSRP Pricing. Tablet friendly would be great.
-Now as I said above this sales rep has 5 Products in his Sales Rep account. He goes in and has his meeting with the Business he selling to, as he showing the five products they show up on his Tablet at MSRP Pricing. The sales then says well I can sell Product one at [login to view URL] amount. Say MSRP is 50.00usd and when I set up this sales rep account I have him set to be able to sell this product say lowest he can go is 25.00usd.
So the sales rep say he can sell it at 27.00usd and the Business owner says Great Sign me Up.
-So from there the Sales Rep has access to setting up the last and 3rd account I call the Wholesale account. (which can be seen by the Super Admin and This Sales Rep.)
Whole Sale Account
-Whole sales account is the Business that would be placing Monthly orders
-Whole sale account can be seen by the sales rep that created this account and also the Super Admin
-whole sale account is where the Business can input there C/C, can place orders, place all there Business information for the sales rep to contact etc.
-whole sale account = all orders that get placed through here get sent over to the Super Adman for those orders to get processed and fulfilled.
Thats It....................There alot to this But in all actuality it pretty straight forward.
I do see alot of small details I left out But all in all Im looking to make this Sales Rep portal
