I need a desktop app that will run a continuos slide show of MP4 videos that are saved to a folder. The slide show will need to automatically update to include new videos as they are saved to the folder. Ideally new videos would run next in line. There needs to be an easy setup that allows me to browse to the folder where the videos will be saved. This will be run on an extended desktop on a different monitor so I need the ability to enter and exit fullscreen mode. Once setup this needs to run continuously without human interaction constantly adding new videos as they are saved to the same folder.

Hello, I am software engineer from Serbia. I have suggestion how we can do this very easily. I can create a script that will add new videos to a already built video player. Let say you are using GOM so I will just create a script that will work every minute in a background and add new files to list of GOM. I think it can be easily done. You're talking about a Windows desktop application, correct? I'm great with that sort of thing. You can see my one of my latest projects zScrn which features the ability to even CREATE mp4 files.
