Modify my wordpress site

Dear Freelancer Community,

This project will in total not take more than 30 minutes to complete.

I have a website:

As you can see there is a form on the website.

When submitted, this form sends data to a Google sheet ([login to view URL])

### A. Make adjustments to existing wordpress site #####

1. Make adjustments to form input fields (check attached image). Look inside existing code, a lot of these form inputs are already there, but are currently hidden. Hence need to be shown. Some are not in existing code, and need to be created.

2. Make sure form validation text TRANSLATION is working (try submitting the form without any input in the fields). This is just a small bug somewhere in code, as it used to work last week.

### B. Add [login to view URL] tracking to the existing form #####

I have already enabled [login to view URL] plugin on the wordpress site.

Events are currently being tracked in my [login to view URL] account

When the loan calculator form is submitted, we need to send all data to segment using their javascript integration

We need to send all form information to segment

- User ID

- Loan type

- Loan amount

- email address

...etc etc

When you have attached javascript trackers to the form, you can validate that the data is flowing correctly by looking at the debugger on segment platform
