Upon login users view their dashboard. c. Options to enter the purchase data is provided. d. The form contains: item name, date of purchase, department, company, price, accounts code, upload picture option e. Upon submission the data are stored in a database table. f. Search option - Search can be conducted based on the items, dept, accounts number, company name etc., g. Search result are the list of entries submitted based on the search criteria. h.
