add content to a wordpress homepage

My website is [login to view URL] I need a section on my homepage that looks like the section on this website homepage [login to view URL] it needs to be right bellow the header. I included a screenshot in this listing of the section that I am trying to replicate. instead of the photos they are using I included 4 square color images that I will edit in a later date. I still want the sections to only show the round part of the images and also the text area under the images that will highlight when you mouse over them. I want the roll over section to have a 1 pixel #e03335 red border like the image. I want the roll over section to turn red #e03335 when it is rolled over. I want the text to be black and then turn white when they are rolled over. the images will be in this order and will point to these pages 1:red - point to page "Secondhand Pickers Podcast" 2:blue- point to page "The Help" 3:yellow- point to page "Blog" 4:green- point to page "Resources" This should be simple CSS I have the Thesis Wordpress theme So it may help if you are familiar with it. I need someone that can get this done in the next couple of hours. Thank you.
