(1) Update the Custom List Views section
We've recently changed how custom view data is stored in the database. It's now in the sc_modules table and stored as a JSON string. We need a drag and drop editor using existing libraries so that a user can pick, by module, which fields will appear in their listview.
(2) Add a Layout editor section called "Custom Layouts"
In addition to the changes from the list view, we want to also create a canvas where users can configure a layout for their module pages. This is also stored as a JSON string in the sc_modules table.
