Add Upload File feature to Variable products. Custom Fields to Product page. WordPress / WooCommerce

Ok. My site is Music Marketplace. Music Producers upload their audio files and sell it to rappers and singers. I have very low budget, but good opportunity if you are new to Upwork and need Upwork experience.
I am using a free Multi Vendor WooCommerce plugin called WCFM Marketplace

It is similar other mutlti vendor plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, YITH. It is newer.

Task 1 - ADD DOWNLOADABLE OPTION TO PRODUCT VARIATIONS:
Each Product has Licenses. Licenses are different versions of the product.
For example:
Basic License (buy 1 mp3 files)
Premium License (buy 2 mp3 files)
Exclusive License (buy 3 mp3 files)
Licenses are created through product variations in WooCommerce. But Vendor Dashboard does not have an option to Upload files in Variations. So currently, Vendors can't upload different files for variations/licenses when they Add Product. Admin Dashboard has upload files in variations function, but not Vendor Dashboard. So here is task.
Each variable product has a Variations tab. In Vendor Dashboard, when you Click the Variations tab, then view the variations options. There is no “Downloadable” options. I want the downloadable options added, the way it is available in the product Variations tab in the Admin Dashboard.

Without this variations option, Vendors won’t be able to Upload different versions (or licenses) of their Beat product

Task 2 - ADD CUSTOM FIELDS TO CREATE PRODUCT PAGE:

I need the following fields added to the Create Product Page.
They should be added to the Vendor - Create Product page & the Admin Create Product Page.
Make sure it properly send information to the store database also.
The published Product page should display these fields as well.
