We have a strong design focus, and through user research, concept development and user experience design we help our clients transform business requirements and customer needs into products and services that delight the users in their everyday use.
At the moment we have a need for a UX Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX activities from initial high-level requirements to well-designed products
- Investigate, define and manage requirements in an agile environment
- Conduct desk and competitor research as input for the requirements
- Create product architecture, user flows, wireframes and low fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with Digital Designers to transform requirements and wireframes to a consistent interface
- Work closely with the team in agile projects to design new and improve the existing user experience in products
The analytical side (BA) and the creative side (UX) are equally important in this role
Requirements
- Self-organized and able to work systematically on open-ended business problems
- Proactive and a good collaborator
- Analytic mindset and the ability to transform requirements into great products
- Excellent communication skills - English
- On time delivery and ready to commit to long-term cooperation
- Clear management of expectations
- Experience with the PM tools and wire-framing software
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
