Automation of Mass Fax Marketing using Hylafax+ Server

My platform is configured and running very well for many years: Scientific Linux 5.11 amd64 (identical to RedHat Enterprise Linux); php 5.1.6, MySQL Server 5.0.95; HylaFax+ 5.5.8 server and client, 2 Connexant fax modems and 2 separate phone lines, Avantfax 3.3.5 fax Web client. Several huge fax contacts data bases in the form of MySQL have already been established. The number of fax contact records are up to the order of hundred thousand or even million. I have them sorted out in many huge tables in the form of mysql schemas. Goal of this project: 1. Automate mass fax promotion with minimum human intervention through php and MySQL data structure design and programming. 2. Handling fax contact un-subscription by adding an extra flag to the fax contact schemas. 3. Record the dialing time of each fax if it is an international one (through the Hylafax service's own log records). 4. Customize Avantfax 3.3.5 web fax client GUI to our specific need so that we can create, start, pause, cancel, check and schedule each mass fax job. I guess one extra web page should be enough to serve our goal. Skill required: Using any MySQL client supporting UTF-8 with SSL key, for example: 1. DBeaver 3.6; 2. HeidiSQL 9.3 or any tool that you feel comfortable as development tool. 3. Shell command ability is a must. You will have to handle huge fax log records in the form of standard Linux logs, and then merge them into the mysql schema of my fax contacts. 4. I need high quality modular code so it can be improved whenever required. 4. A free VPN account will be provided to you to access my servers. It is a one-time job now and may be expanded and refined if I can earn money from it. My budget is US$200 to US$300 depending on how much you can finish.
