batch scan mp3 files folders and add to sql

I am looking good developer in knowledge in php and sql. I have php file scanner (php+sql script) Albums, Artists and Tracks in single table. But This sql Data was in Albums, Artists and Tracks inf info Different Tables. I dont Want Manual Update. I want single click mp3 files update. Thank You!
