3D bin packing algorithm in PHP

We’re looking for an expert in C Programming (C, C++, C#), PHP (OOP, Object Oriented Programming) and Mathematics to code a Class in PHP 5.3 or 5.6 in order to calculate the smallest bin (truck or container) to stuff a variable number of items. The Class will generate the ordered list of the packed items and how they should be positioned in the bin(s), considering these constrains: items could be rotated, no ovestack or no understack, on a pallet or without a pallet.
