NO BOOTSTRAP - PSD to HTML/AJAX/PHP (Entire website) - IX

PLEASE NOTE - NO BOOTSTRAP - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

- We do not want "Bootstrap" style responsive. We want full responsive with progressive resizing (custom media queries) and not by steps like bootstrap. Please check "[login to view URL]" to see an example.

Project specifications

- 7 PSD files

- Fixed menu, parallax style.

Objective

- Pixel perfect responsive html/css using media query

- Implementation and programming of layouts in HTML with respective CSS styles in separate files, animations and effects needed; We will provide link to JPG files (design) prior to start and full PSD files to work.

- Use AJAX effects when possible to improve user experience .

- We just want the front-end of web sites. We do not need database creation or back office (we use or own, NOT magento/wordpress/etc)

- The development can be done in PHP to facilitate the incorporation of common files at several pages. (example: header, footer, etc)

- Creation of font-face needed to CSS

- Hover effects in every button/link;

- Time commitment is crucial. We need a deadline and we will repeat hires if we are satisfied with this.

Material supplied

- Final design files on .PSD, with size indication, colors and other references that help to organize and build interface elements

- Text fonts needed

- Every icon/assets, needed to build the interface will be supplied in icon-font, svg or png

- Examples of effects and behavior or every element that are needed in the layout

Other notes

- The interface must be developed in native technologies to modern browsers: html, css and javascript, and compatibility must be assured to Chrome, Firefox, Safati (on OS X). IE9, as well as chrome and safari mobile (tablet and smartphones)

- Responsive websites adjusted to the different devices

- When possible load contents with AJAX, to avoid full reloads of pages and only be loaded the changing content
