Bug Fixing for current Wordpress Website with Custom Template

I have a Custom Wordpress Site which is a ticket purchasing website.
This site was built by a previous developer who created a custom template for Wordpress.
Recently there has been an issue where all quantities of items on the screen are being added to the cart rather than just the selected item.
Please see attached PDF for more clarification.
There is also a small cosmetic fix required as well which is detailed in the PDF.
Successful Freelancer will have ongoing maintenance work with this site, as well as the creation of new sites.
Please state your estimated time frame in your proposal in which you can fix this issue as it is quite urgent.
