Build Me An Ebay Scraper

I need a program built to scrape data from ebay store users. It needs to be able to do the following: 1. I enter for example the eBay user: bixlife 2. Scrape their eBay listings (using search criteria) and have the ability to filter using said criteria I will specify. 3. Display the following data in columns: -Listing Title -Ebay URL -Ebay Price -How many sold (on eBay) -How recently it sold -How often it sold within timeframe -How many watching (on eBay) 4. I may need you to be willing to work on other small tweaks to get it right for my needs that may not be listed in the description (these will be reasonable adjustments if there are any). 5. Guarantee updates and support the program for the first 3 months so it continues to work with Ebay changes if any. This does not mean add new features. This means if the program stops working as it is meant to after finishing, most likely due to Amazon or eBay changing something on their website, you need to fix it in the first 3 months. After 3 months, I will only pay for your support if issues arise and there are needed adjustments. I do not care what you code it in but I want the full source code.
