I want someone to build me a similar website to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and with all the features/functionality the website has. Everything must be included ,period! Example social networking , payment gateway, messaging system, email, theme and design, logo, admin section, user interface /UI section, etc etc.. Simply said.. i want the website to have "ALL" the features! Not one less... And i want it to look very professional and neat. The theme/design should look something like either one of the above mentioned websites. Unless you are very skilled and think you can meet my requirements, place a bid ... If not , do not waste my time! Also work samples would be a plus point to help me decide. Thanks P.S: IF YOU BID OVER MY BUDGET , I WON'T EVEN BOTHER REPLYING. P.P.: Also don't give me the usual unreasonable dialogue saying too much work is needed to be done and need more payment etc.. I know html and css myself, what i don't know is php. So i know how much work is needed. I will only release payment in milestone as below: 1st milestone after 25% job done 2nd milestone after 25% job done 3rd milestone after 25% job done 4rd milestone after 25% job done So don't ask me to release any funds without doing any work first or wasting my time. I need the project to be done and completed within 3 weeks. Final payment will be released after bug/error fixing with any problem at all on the website. Thanks
