If you know the social app used in old days called mIRC then your the right one for the project.
Same idea with few tweaks
- User will only be able to join a channel if he was in a specific location that admin can setup.
- All Users in the same location will be able to chat in that channel for free.
- Channel list from nearest location to farther.
- If users want to talk to each other in private one of them should be subscribed (in App purchase).
- User will be able to join a channel if he wasn't in that location only if he was subscribed (in App purchase).
- Each user should register with email.
- Private chat view user will be able to ( Text and send/receive images&videos ).
- Public channel for chatting only ( no media could be sent in ).
- Limited charecters length in public chat (Channel) per msg.
- Show user online or offline in private chat.
- Show users count in each channel.
- Offline user will be out of the public channel.
- Users can block each over from receiving private chat and mute users on public channel if blocked.
- Example for private chat and subscribed users: user A is subscribed, User B is not. User A can start a private chat with user B, But user B CAN'T start a private chat with A. if user B deleted the chat he won't be able to start the chat again with user A because user B is not subscribed.
- User profile will have (nickname and display image "only one image")
- User will register with (nickname, email, display picture and password).
- Nickname is not unique, more than one Nickname is ok in public chat if happened.
- User is able to edit (Display picture, username and password in his profile page).
- Forget password option.
- Auto Login with Face ID.
- Notification
- Live database
- PROJECT SHOULD BE IN OBJECTIVE-C ONLY !!.
- Simple light app design.
Admin Page:
- Able to add channels based on geo-fence.
- Manage users (Add/delete/edit).
