Senior UI Designer (*preferably Kyiv-based)
ATAPFund is a data-driven cross-border ‘neo fund’ (similar to digital banks), supporting SME consumer product manufacturers in emerging markets of South-East Asia and Eastern Europe, and converting their niche high-quality regional products into international sustainable and innovative cpg brands, applying consumer data insights tech solutions in the e-commerce space.
Our headquarters is Singapore, but we operate globally cross-border in the markets of South-East Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia), Eastern Europe (Ukraine) and the United States.
Atapfund founder is a graduate of Antler Accelerator Program in Singapore, and we are backed by a well-established Singaporean family-business private-wealth investment fund.
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior UI designer with the passion for telling stories, pushing digital boundaries and translating ideas into content, user interfaces and digital experiences.
What we are looking for:
In one sentence: the skill to understand project objectives, different industries, and being able to translate these into engaging interactive experiences.
A great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers.
Passion, attention to detail and excellent crafting skills. You care about typography as much as you care about each pixel and you take no button for granted.
You understand the concept of marketing and can translate our business objectives into
engaging content and interactive user interfaces.
Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years experience and formal design training with solid typography, graphics, and interaction design skills
BSc in Digital Design
Strong team and time management skills
Strong understanding of Design System
Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
Deep understanding of UX and UI as well as modern web technology is essential
Strong concept development and graphic design ability
Excellent knowledge of composition, color, imagery, typography
Experience creating and working with site maps, online ad rich media storyboards, user flow, wireframes, and other information design documents for websites and apps
Substantial expertise in creating web graphics, animations, user interfaces, icons, style sheets, color schemes, templates and layouts for use in online advertising and website projects, ensuring site-wide color and typeface standards and consistency
Experience providing art direction to web developers
Ability to self-manage projects and teams and work within time deadlines
Excellent knowledge of Sketch, Figma, Principle, Invision, DSM Invision, Flinto,
Photoshop, UX Pin
