build website

I would like a website made for me that uses WordPress plateform. The website should be very simple,have clean lines, incorporating green shades. My Domain name is Greener4u.com., I have had an ecommerce sight in the past, I concentrated on organic products (17000). I could not compete with Amazon with so many products. I have decided to offer something Amazon can not offer and that is my Original Art. I am a retired teacher with many art skills, I live on a fixed income currently. I do not want to worry about creating a website or maintaining it. I want to offer my Art work on the site at fixed prices, and to also to auction off Art. I will in the future have other Artists Original Art on my website. I will pay up to $300 for the intial design, and consider some kind of a maintenance schedule based on a monthy fee whether work is done or not. I am open to suggestions, you may use templates that can be modified in the future. My site will not offer the use of credit cards, payments to me will be by the customer’s bank, bill pay service, or certified check. No credit card portals required, no paypal.
