Build we a website

My name’s Ameet and I've set up a mock examination centre for 11+ (entry into high school) students in order to get a real experience of sitting an exam in addition to receiving feedback on their performance. Below, I’ll include a detailed specification of the requirements for the website and functionality I’d like it to have. I have been on the verge of purchasing a domain for the website however there are options for additional security and an associated email account which I wasn’t sure on. The domains I would like are available. The website provides a platform for parents/guardians/teachers to book mock examinations for students sitting entrance exams for particular schools. Below is a list of what I think would be useful: 1) Who we are - a text and image page briefly explaining the purpose of the company and my background. 2) Where - a map of London with a pin drop of the school being used to host the mock examinations along with a text address in full. 3) PDFs - an area allowing users to download free PDF material I have published. 4) Booking platform - an area to view the dates and times of different mock examinations that are being offered in addition to allowing the user to book AND pay for a slot (via debit card, credit card and PayPal if possible). Details required for users booking an exam would be Full name, email address, schools being applied to, child’s date of birth, full name etc. I’d then like the website to email/text a confirmation of booking automatically to the user. I'd also like an automatic email/text to be sent the day before the assessment as a reminder and the day after asking for feedback. 5) Set up of email address 6) Membership - allowing users to sign up to the website which then will pre populate the fields every time they make a booking with their saved details.
