We will always pay or receive payments in Naira. From Admin dashboard, we should be able fix the rates and add or remove any currency to the website, when necessary. Customers can buy directly by using online bank transfer, or using their cards. There will be [login to view URL] gateway integration to facilitate sending and receiving payment in naira. Customers will sign up on our website, providing email and mobile phone number, and OTP confirmation from the links sent to their Email address Customer support chat box included on the website. Telegram group link on the website, for customers to follow up on their orders, if their exchange transaction is delayed. All exchange transactions are in naira and USD, it means we exchange naira for dollars or dollars for naira, at our advertised rates. Admin should have the ability to post any special announcement on the website, if ever necessary. Admin should be able to adjust the Buy/Sell rates of digital currencies, and also delete or add any new currency offerings. Other texts to be included on the website will be provided as website building progresses. Example: if a customer sells 100USD Skrill to us @350NGN, after customer has sent the skrills to our wallet, we will then have to pay the customer 35000NGN. After confirming orders, I want payment to customers automated by admin clicking a button. Customers can also buy Skrill from us too, in that case, customers pays us the naira at our agreed rates, and we transfer the Skrill to his wallet to settle the transaction. This "skrills" example applies to all other currency listings on our website. Ofcourse, customers will fill a simple form when initiating exchange request, where he will indicate his bank account number or his wallet ID where he will receive his payment. After submitting exchange request, customers should not be able to edit the account details or wallet details which they have provided for the particular transaction. Security of website is important too, because different users will be providing their account details and wallet details inorder to carry out their transactions on our website. Customers should be able to drop reviews, after completing exchange transaction...Admin can delete any negative reviews, if necessary.
