Existing system on dot net with sql database to program to export a record including these fields, order no, date, address, description lines, spell check. Different layouts of the quote, one with prices per line no total some with total some with titles to each product line, or without, ability to add photos ( automatically compressed attached) The new cloud based system will allow view and edit quote, convert to order. print and email pdf file The quotes screen should have some space showing statisitics, number of quotes per week, month, orders per member of staff that month / quarter An order can convert to a work record and allocate to an engineer A direct work order can be created and allocate to an engineer Engineer will each have an android device on android app you create it will add engineers name and password alert engineer of the allocated work record/s engineer will be able to :- sign in to app, view their allocated work records add comments to each description line, add photos the date work was done if it was completed or partial or not done add final comments to work, was all completed or reallocate reject back to admin (if all was completed, then all description lines are marked complete. choose client centre and name from list of previously entered names and email or add one. ask client for a signature that the work is complete this will be a finger on touch screen for signature automatically add today's date this will get sent back to the person who allocated the work to the engineer. this will be viewable in the engineers work sheet section.
