Convert Page To AJAX Powered Search - Front End Only

Hi, please only bid if you can start work right away. I'm looking for a long term relationship with a freelancer skilled in PHP/Wordpress/Javascript/CSS.
For this first task, i require the page at [login to view URL] to be changed from the current PHP foreach database loop to be changed to an AJAX driven search based on dropdown box selections. I will write the backend-PHP script which will issue results in a JSON format for the front end script you develop to parse.
The script should pass the vales from the dropdown to the script on change, my script will issue a new JSON response with the results, and the page should be populated with the results.
As mentioned, this is start of a longterm relationship, and I am happy to consider new freelancers who wish to gain ongoing work. In order for longterm work i am looking for someone who can respond quickly to my requests for work.
