Copy wordpress site and create new wordpress content

Please read the project details carefully. We are looking for a professional wordpress programmer that we would like to reuse on a regular bases after this project. All the freelancers we hire we continue to use on a regular bases so I am looking for a long term relationship after this project.
Work required
1. Copy wordpress site to new server. The only access is FTP so a database program like PMA will need to be installed to move the database. We do not have access to the actual wordpress installation either.

New server to copy site to will be: [login to view URL] (cpanel access)
2. Create new pages with the same content found in gicfinancial.com. Use the tworoads fonts and colours so the new pages match the same look as the new site.

3. Create new home page center buttons that are beside the rotating banners. Currently the buttons are “signup…., swagspire…., lets have coffee. Change these to
- Financial Services (icon can be fontawesome fa-university)
- Education (icon can be fontawesome fa-graduation-cap)
- Retirement (icon can be fontawesome fa-plane)
- Sign up for a seminar (use current icon)
4. Create new best rates chart as seen on the home page gicfinancial.com. Make the chart a individual wordpress post/item we can add into other pages of the website. So it needs to be some sort of item we can use the wordpress short code and it will automatically embed into pages we want to.
Design the chart with the following details:
- Yellow header to be changed to #01965f
- Remove darkblue background. We will just make it with the text colour #407ea7
- Make all text within the smaller table white
- Gic column make #ade1f9 with text colour #407ea7
- RRSP column make #c2d3ed with text colour #407ea7
- TFSA column make bfe3d7 with text colour #407ea7
