Hi, I'm an Embedded engineering working as an embedded systems designer for over 2 years professionally and have worked with various embedded platforms like 8051, arduino, BBB, Rpi, odroid, mini2440 to name a few. As far as, i understand you need a framework by which you can control a GPIO (and hence a device or anything else) remotely over internet / wifi and you're having an Rpi as a mini server to configure system settings (wifi mode / internet mode) / alter the GPIO / read the GPIO. Correct me if i'm wrong. Well, I have recently completed a similar project, where a web server was hosted on rpi and user can alter a GPIO by clicking on a button on that php web page. (ref: https://www.freelancer.com/jobs/C-Programming-software-development/iPhone-Andriod-Raspberry-Network/). Since this is the similar kind of project, I think I qualify for the job.
