We need a platform which allows users to register to upload and download files. The administrator will create categories (and subcategories) in which files can be uploaded. Users can then upload files, download, rate and comment on uploads. The platform will use a credit system: Credits will be awarded for daily logins and can be spent on downloads. For each download of a file a user uploaded, they will get credits as a reward. The exact amount of credits awarded for daily logins and rewards as well as the cost of downloads will be set globally by the administrator. The administrator will also be able to modify users' credit balances. Files will have to be approved by the administrator before they can appear publicly. Users will also be able to report low-quality files to the administrator who can examine and, if necessary, remove the files again. The platform may use any open source software (eg. it may be based on a bulletin board software, etc.).
