Custom gravity form - read before bidding

Looking for a freelancer to create a form for gravity forms as a plugin for our order for for digital image editing. - Allow user to select qty of product - once qty has been set a list of upload fields appear - each upload field has an attached dropdown option where by the user can select an option for the editing in addition a text field is also attached that allows the user to enter notes for each image The upload fields can be single upload fields but it would be better if the upload field can be a multi upload field and then once all the images have uploaded a list of the images appears with thumbnail in a table format and then the user can down the list of images and add the notes as per each image and/or select an option from the dropdown box. This needs to be an extenstion or plugin as custom code will get overridden everytime there is an update to gravity forms I would also be open to other options such as woocommerc please read the full brief before bidding
