I'm in the process of building a survey onto a website using WordPress with a survey tool called - WP Survey And Quiz Tool (WPSQT)
Below is how the survey works. Most is done with the WPSQT plugin though customizing it is not my skill. I'd like someone who can do this with PHP and MySQL.
THE SURVEY
- Before taking part in the survey people must first fill in their sex, age range (total of 8 ranges e.g. 7-21) and what country they come from (no personal information in kept). Once that information is entered they can take part in the survey where they select one item from a list.
- This list will vary depending on the country they come from.
- Once submitted they are taken to the results page.
- The results chart shows what was selected from one country at a time.
- The default setting is to show all results for all criteria; sex, age ranges and all countries combined.
- There would be choices on how to view these results by turning on or off various criteria :
This is a non-commercial personal project so I don't have a high budget. On the upside I will use this pilot to raise funding so it may be an ongoing thing.
