Develop Venue online reservation system

We are a small nonprofit school working with Government to teach students about driving safety and safety signs.
We have 2 venues (plan to have more) to teach the students how to drive but our main problem comes with event and venue manager to be automated and online system.
Students will be coming from their schools, so the school manager need to make a reservation and submit the number of students who will attend the training class.
Our capacity is 150 each day and 1 training class will take 1 day long, so different schools can attend in the same time, but the number of total students will not exceed 150 students.
So we need to develop venue and events system on a WordPress site (we will build the website) where we can put our events and venues and let school managers reserve the event for the students.
