Developer Sort - 10% Stake in Business - SMM Dashboard Required

Hi! I’m in the early stages of building out a Social Media business which will have a local feel. I am in need of a Software/Back-end Developer who can build a half decent social media management dashboard and oversee the management of technical issues. Skills you will need is being able to work with social media API's. In return I am willing to offer 10% of the company but can not pay for your services up front, I can only offer equity. The plan is to sell the company in 5 years time. You would be paid 10% of what ever we take out from the net profits each year and 10% of what the company sells for after expenses and taxes are taken. I would need guidance, advice, creative input and support on the software side, software being developed and looked after for issues by you and possibly a technical team if they are recruited once we grow. There may need to be support when i go live in helping run the daily running of the business but as the business grows I can then start paying you a salary. But it requires flexibility and commitment to help a growing start-up work. I have already managed to use limited savings bringing on a UI/UX Designer who has now designed the dashboard, usability, functionality and the features. She is currently converting design into html, css, js and img. This means that concept, design, functionality and features are in place. I need a Back-end developer to bring that to life, first get to prototype stage and then to launch. A prototype needs to be in place within two weeks, followed by getting the software by the mid of March to 90/95%. I will then launch the business at end of March. I will be doing the day to day management and growth of the company including website design, staff recruitment, marketing, support and sales. The plan is to have a remote based team but I am open to setting up a small office as well with a few local staff as we get big. I believe I have seen an opportunity in the market which though is present and currently being employed by other software companies it is not being done at a competitive price or with a local feel. I believe there is still huge growth waiting to be untapped, especially through traditional selling techniques. The main thing is I already have a potential investor lined up to invest in the business who I have already pitched twice to and who likes the business idea, model and believes my strategy can work but requires a prototype to built first before he will invest capital. He also has fantastic local connections and will support the business. So this is a serious businesses proposition and requires a experienced back-end developer to seize on the opportunity to be part of a very successful business, where I already have a investor/millionaire/business man ready to invest if I can get to prototype stage and beyond. This is a lot of work, but the rewards are huge and I need someone to see the big picture, grasp the exciting opportunity, prepared to come for the ride and be part of a great company.
