I need a straight forward directory website either built from scratch or from a template (I prefer to see a working template if available.)
So the basic functions of the site would be to have;
Admin to be able to add & delete business'
The ability for business' to join by filling in forms.
The ability to charge a fee to business'
The ability for business' to create a profile page.
The front page to have search based on area/location/postcode etc.
The front page to have an area for articles, blogs etc.
The ability to place adverts on certain sections of the site.(Adsense or similar)
The ability to place paid ads on the page from the business' within.
All that you would expect from a directory type website.
All of this may be a template or a pre-made website already, just fill in the blanks type thing.

Over and above this I want a custom script to be implemented. This is the ability for business's to upload photo's,video's & write articles.
An example would be a site like :[url removed, login to view]
If the site I'm wanting already exists as a template and just needs installing, then let me know how much you will install the working site.
