Duplicate / modify Magento2 payment module.

Hi I have a Magento 2 store and I need customization

I have a TNSI payments module to receive credit cards and allows me to accept partial payment charging me a commission % and I would like to apply this changes to charge the commission to the client

1.- Show on catalog and product description the monthly pricing under the total price.

---Example:

---------Price: $500

---------Pay 12 months of $50.

---For this example, partial payment must be: Total Price / 12 + Bank Commision

---The bank commission changes depends on the months available: 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.

2.- Actually, TNSI Payment gives the option to can pay whit months but this works based the total received from Magento and charges us the commission so we want to create a second method named "Pagar a meses" (monthly payments) where the user selects the month period using the charges formula and then post the amount and only show the monthly payment option, so I need:

Duplicate the current TNSI payments module which will send the total of the cart with an additional

percentage and showing the total of partial payments. Example of a $1000 cart:

Choose to pay your order for the term that suits you:

---3 payments of $ 400

---6 payments of $ 200

---9 payments of $ 133.33

---12 payments of $ 100

Modify the current payment engine that we have to hide the options of months without interest with the function: [login to view URL] = HIDE

this is the function that allows hiding the partial month's payments: [login to view URL] = HIDE

3.- Also, I want to fix an issue with the actual payment tool. when the user selects TNSI payment and presses the button to be redirected to the TNSI payment page receives an email purchase confirmation, doesn't matter if the bank confirms the transaction or not. We need that the email is received after bank confirmation
