Dynamic Landingpage for Magento Shop

I like to have a dynamic landingpage for my magento shop (Event Tickets).
The landingpage should work for every grouped product and only appears if i definate the url. It is for advertising. When the user goes directly to the mainpage, he should not see the landingpage.
So the landingpage is separated from the main design template.
The landingpage begins with selecting of the product and ends if the order. So the onestepcheckout should be also implemented in the landingpage.
It is very important that it is mobile optimized. 90% of the traffic is mobil traffic! (Smartphone)
I need a good designer and coder who can do that and also implent it in magento.
