I need a type of project management system for creating and managing Tradeshow events. We'll host the final product on our own server. It must be visually pleasing and user-friendly for both the company and clients. It must be an all-in-one system that my team can use from start to finish for making events happen. Everything must be interconnected so that the same information doesn't have to be input into each department. Information that affects other parts should automatically populate and/or update those other parts. Duplicates and double-bookings should be caught during input. The software must be secure for the private data that will be input.

Registration needs to be accessible by both Vendors and our company's staff - we do some over the phone
Need to be able to transfer a Vendor's registration from one event to another seemlessly
Vendor accounts should show everything they've ever registered for, even if it was within different events
Taking payments (CC, electronic check) - Can be an integration of other services
Automate refunds
Need to be able to claim a payment as made if done outside of software
Invoicing - preferably integrated with QuickBooks API
Floor plan mapping
Assign vendors to booths on map in real-time
Vendor log-in to register, update info, pay, sign docs, upload docs, make public listings for event website
Contract signing
Waiver signing
Upload required licenses/permits
Entertainment scheduling for event days and different stages/arenas
Speaker/Demonstrator profiles connected to registered Vendor
