Event manager site

I would like to build a website with the following functionality: A. An event manager function with the following features: - A.1 a calendar with different views.( the calendar is supposed to show the events, programs, locations, and responsible persons. occupation of rooms / persons for a certain period of time. The calendar is also supposed to show the name of the program. ( I would like to have a customiseable view, to show only certain persons, rooms, certain programs, or any combination of these. ( fields required are the following: Event category, Event name/title, Event Description, Location category, Location name, Location description Role category, Role description Person name, contact info, Role ( one person many role ) ( one event many role / person ) ( one event / one location ) When setting an event, they might be recurring events. ( and change some details either globally for all events, or individually ) - B. Set up four level of authorisation of the web content ( the content is visible for all the public, or only for registered users ) The registered users should have 3 levels: guest, member, board member. Every content item ( menü items, photos, videos, articles ) have to set for one of these authorisations. ( possibly in an authorisation matrix )
