Finish a Website (That has been half completed in PHP)

The project is to complete an online teacher planning and materials management workstation. This includes integrated database/search/catalog features and will allow users to upload, download and edit materials online (these features are crucial). Backend admin must be updated to allow for easy posting and management of onsite ads. There are materials creation options to be added. These include updating current options, and adding further features. E.g., Worksheet creator (using templates) There needs to be an improved calendar functionality, possibly bespoke, that allows for planning, adding notes, and the timed sending of materials via mandrill. The website is largely laid out and has been half completed, but requires a number of extra features to be added. These are laid out in a task list that will be provided. The website involves Paypal integration (already done - sandboxed), numerous widgets and the ability for teachers to collaborate on different projects. Also, A small in-house online store - also with Amazon widgets and a forum need to be completed on the site. The overall site uses a template so HTML should be minimal and it will be largely in PHP. There are a number of bug issues to fix with the current build and an acceptable, basic, UI will have to be added to ensure it is basically aesthetically pleasing. Site should be completed and pointed to domain for completion of the project, with Google Analytics integrated. Programmer should be proficient in English as this is the sole language and labels will all be in English. Invoices will be required for payments made. Please note, the project cannot be restarted from scratch and must work from the site and code already present.
