Fix checkout page - Volusion Store (Urgent will hire immediately)

I need my website checkout page fixed. I hired a Freelancer on this site to redesign our website. They added in a mega menu top navigation and added in mobile menu then left for the weekend.
Everything looks okay however, when the customer adds to cart and clicks check out the shopping cart page is ok then click to go to one page checkout there is a 404 error populating which prevents my customer from checking out.
