Fix Kayako to work with STMP rather than PHP Mail

Hi,
We use a Kayako installation on our server to manage our customer service. Strangely, even when it's configured to send emails through SMTP, it always uses PHP's mail function instead (which is the default option it uses when it's NOT specified to use SMTP).
Our Kayako installation needs to be fixed to send emails through SMTP.
