for hussainweb, admin page needed

I need a admin system page. In the admin field on the database, I'm going to have 0 to 5 levels of admins. Once they log in, They will have a link on their members page that will go to this new page. Need it to check what their admin level is and show only tools that their level can use. So, on the admin page, if is level 0 "Not an Admin", level 1 - print "Level 1" and so on.

I can add the modification text that I need later... Each level of admins will be able to modify other users info to an extent.

So, in closing, I just need a page to get the users admin level and show that admins levels tools.
