Freelance marketplace needed.

I need a freelancing solution setup for a site of mine. ALL GRAPHICS WILL BE PROVIDED. I just want the script and the features I need up and running. I don't think I need a custom solution, Hopefully you already have it built and can just set it up the way I need it. I would like each artist to have thier own portfolio and message board ect. I am thinking more along the lines of Elance rather that getafreelancer yet not as complicated as Elance or Guru. This site will be for artist offering one type of service only and I would like it if they can set up some kind of packages for the visitors, for example, they may offer logo's for $25,$50 and $100 all with different features ect. When one is sold they are charged a commision on the sale... Should be simple enough. People can also post jobs to have them bid on ect. But I want the marketplace to be the focus of the site. I don't really care what its built in as long as it includes a robust admin section and is SECURE. I want it set up to use PayPal for payments. Hopefully this is easy for the right person. I'm sure you will all have questions and I will do my best to answer them quickly. Please don't give me lame-ass bids like "I can do it" Tell me what you are offering, I need details people to make a decision... I PAY VIA PAYPAL ONLY Lets rock n roll eh?
