I have a query on google spreadsheet .csv

I retrieve google spreadsheet in this way:
[login to view URL]{key}/pub?{gid}&single=true&output=csv
but then my problem is it doesn't update instantly as data changes.
(It takes approx. 5-10mins randomly)
I want a solution on instant changes of my google spreadsheet data to a cloud csv
