Looking for someone to help modify the header page of our mobile site.

I have attached three images.
image 1 shows the layout of the header for mobile site .
Hamburger Menu Logo Cart icon (no item in cart)
Search Textbox with button
image 2 shows the same as image1 however when item in cart it shows the count.
image 3: shows what to display when hamburger menu is clicked on.
Top 4 links are static
