Help adding text to a current section and a menu on the front page of my WordPress website

I need help adding text to a section on the front page of my WordPress website as well as add the current sections of the front page to the menu so that it is a one page site. Then I need blank pages added for four buttons on the front page that I can edit later. It is Bootframe Core theme and should take no longer than 1 hour.
